At the start, as your startup coach, I will conduct an overview of your business and take stock of everything you’re doing. The first thing I will look at is likely your business plan. From there, I’ll have enough information to assess what you should do differently.

Afterwards, I will be there for you to ask for advice at each step. This is especially critical when you encounter growing pains or when things don’t go as planned. If you hit it off with me, the relationship doesn’t need to end. Even when you succeed, the learning phase lasts forever.

The assessment allows me to understand your stage, experience, vertical and beyond.• Milestone Development — You and I will develop your next milestone. It’s my job to help you get there. This could mean curating resources, making intros to experts or providing education.
• Execute — At this point, you will be armed with the resources and guidance to achieve your next milestone. This phase is all about getting it DONE!• Review / Develop Next Milestone — After four sessions, you and I will review your progress. You will assess challenges, check what got done and set the next milestone.
